NINAWA fits when several people need the same availability: patients book online, reception adds calls, and doctors check their own day. WhatsApp messages do not enter NINAWA automatically.

A clear start, before you subscribe
You provide
Branches, team, services and durations, opening hours and booking rules.
Your subscription provides
A booking page in your clinic's identity, an Arabic / English workspace, a shared agenda and patient contact records.
Agree before activation
The price and period, branch and staff limits, SMS allowance, who enters the setup, and support scope.
Then preview your page, complete a test booking and publish it when your team is ready.
Check the scope
Email confirmations and reminders. SMS is optional, subject to an agreed allowance and provider setup.
This version does not include integrated WhatsApp, online payments, tax invoices or medical records.
At subscription expiry, new bookings stop; existing appointments remain available to manage. A security suspension also stops public access and sending.
