Your booking data

We use your name and contact details to book, confirm and manage your appointment.

Do not enter diagnoses or medical records.

Appointment messages use email and, with your consent, an enabled SMS provider.

Booking contacts are normally anonymized 90 days after the appointment. The clinic can set a period of 1–730 days.

Subscription requests are used for follow-up. Contact details are removed 90 days after the request is closed.
